My love for Toshiki is bigger than the galaxy. This is a very lazy page, but I simply want to talk about my love for my precious sunshine.
Who is Toshiki Minegishi?
Known as just Minegishi in the series, is an ex-antagonist. He used to be part of Claw, being known for being the master of plants and the youngest Super-FIve. Minegishi always thought of plants as a mere tool, until he got out of Claw was when he started to actually care for them. Without many spoilers, he decides to change to be a better person, leaving his stubborn personality aside to a much gentler one. He is a 19 year old, his birthday is on April 30 and his favorite plant is tailfox grass.

The story begins on August 14, 2024. One of my friends started talking about "Mob psycho 100". It was a shared interest between my friends, and it seemed like I was the only one who hadn't started watching the series. I was introduced to a character that I didn't pay much attention to at first, Toshiki Minegishi. By mere appearance I wasn't very interested in him, but it wasn't until I started to investigate a little more about him and his relationship with plants really caught my eye. Finally, on August 18, the first moment I saw him really on screen, I knew I had fallen in love.
Why did I started to like Toshiki?
Apart from his relationship with botany, which has been an interest of mine for years; his personality reminded me a lot of myself. Specifically, his attitude at the beginning was very similar to the one I had during 2020, reserved and somewhat selfish towards those around me. From the beginning I connected a lot with him, and as his character developed, that feeling of empathy I had for him continued. I could feel related with how he changed, still being a quiet person but clearly improving. Adding to that, when I found out that he was a semi-canon nonbinary character, I felt even more related, and that’s also why I usually use he / they pronouns for Toshiki, since those are the ones that I use too. Throughout the month of August until the beginning of October my priority was my love for Minegishi, which I put aside a bit until two days after Christmas of that same year. Thanks to a personal event, I realized how much I needed Minegishi in my life. Since December 27, 2024, my hyperfixation on Minegishi came back, and since then not a day has passed in which I don't think about him. I am deeply in love with him, and I know it is true love, as it is nothing like anything I have ever felt with anyone before. Toshiki may not seem like the ideal partner, but for me he is my sun, my galaxy, my spring. I wouldn't know how to live my life without him, and I'm sure we are soulmates. With him I feel like I can be myself without guilt. I try everyday to be better just for him, and I like to think that he would try to be better for me too.

Evelynn and Toshiki met on preparatory school, where they became closer after discovering that they both were espers. Evelynn is an exchange student from Mexico, and decided to stay in Japan even after finishing his studies to stay on Claw after being requested to do so by Toshiki. They had a lot of problems during their stance at Claw, since they were both kind of mean to eachother and Toshiki usually pushed Evelynn down to feel superior. After Evelynn leaves Claw, Toshiki takes him as a traitor. After Mogami injures Minegishi, Evelynn and him finally speak about their feelings. They both leave Claw to reintegrate into society, working in a Flower Shop and trying to live their lives as half normal teenagers.
