My main tips to draw Toshiki are:
Don't give them very sharp traits!
Their soft and androgynous appearance is important.
Plus, they are pretty young still. They have very soft features,
a rounded face and tired eyes.
Their hair colour is not that dark!
try to keep their tone in a pale lavender.
Apart from that, just have fun!
But for the love of god: DON'T GIVE THEM EYEBROWS!
